I wonder, where this life is leading me?
While in my schooldays i had a dream of becoming a doctor, when i got admission in Armed Forces Medical College in 1997 my parents didn't allow me to go there. They said that its an army college, so its not possible to visit home frequently. And then i got admitted to University College Trivandrum for my degree, but they decided to do my education in Central Polytechnic and it in Textile technology.
I done the diploma and further wished to do a B.Tec in Textile but there again my parents convinced me not to do that. and they want me to work for the earnings.. Meanwhile i joined for BSc Computer Science from IDE but on my last year they again compelled me to go for job, due their financial issues.
And i have been sent to new Delhi for a job.. Because there is my Uncle at that time.
And there end my studies.. Now when i look back, they were able to do my education as both of them are government servants. But they were not even thought about our future instead they thought about present only.
When i have salary and money in my hand most of my friends were struggling but at the age of 30s when compare, i am exhausted with health and money even family is also lost, but most of my friends are settled and have good profile now.
Am not a bad student, topper in most, but this is a simple example why parents need to plan their kids future carefully.
It is most important. Even through i done my studies latter, most had to put commas due financial issues of self.
Now am in my late 30s planning for a second life, i know i have to struggle a lot, but this all i need to do for my son.
